Our Culture If there is one thing that makes TransTel stand apart from others, it’s the can-do attitude of its team.
Team TransTel prides itself on being a dynamic unit that constantly pushes the envelope by thinking (and acting) outside the square.
At the same time, it has that small company feel that allows it to respond quickly and efficiently to customers, suppliers and everyone that it deals with.
Even as the company grows, this unique feature is being aggressively maintained by the team for it encourages open communications, problem solving through a non-threatening and informal environment plus a free exchange of ideas.
Walk into TransTel any day and you will find team members sharing a joke or discussing rugby in the midst of a complex discussion on C7 integration, convergence, engineering or politics.
Although the company is relatively young, TransTel is rich in experience through individuals that have worked in telecommunications, sales & marketing, retail, journalism, public relations, manufacturing and IT.
TransTel’s hiring policy is non-discriminatory and favors ability over everything else. The result is a team that reflects the changing face of Fiji in terms of being multi-ethnic, multi-lingual and multi-skilled.
Outside of work, staff members pursue interests ranging from rugby, outrigger canoe paddling to charity, dee-jaying, radio announcing and painting. Executive Management back to top | | | | Radrodro Tabualevu Chief Executive Officer | Rupert Harman Manager Technology | | | | | | | |

Which is why we decided to start our very own work attachment program. In a nutshell, the program is an opportunity for young, creative minded and hard-working tertiary students to join our team during semester breaks so they can pit their knowledge from textbooks and the classrooms with the real stuff in the business world.
